I sometimes wonder how you allow yourself to live to please another
to deceive yourself
to truly live does not depend on acceptance and wealth

You'll soon learn or maybe not
in school they don't teach what needs to be taught
Media doesn't show reality
but shows you what needs to be bought

This world is turning in the wrong direction
but that's what expected when being directed by those with imperfections
Born with no fixed purpose or it's just unknown
So we strive to get all the answers with whatever we were given and take until it's gone

Maybe it's not necessarily our fault
we were given free will and bound to sin
morals were put into place to be universally followed
but were based on self interest so there's no way to win

You would die for Money that comes and goes
I think we forget that we cannot be regenerated
yet for our creations will battle and create foes

Hope for color

I wasn't born into this world to be a slave
nor do I know my purpose but I refuse to cave
to believe that my seed was planted to grow tall as a tree
but instead have my branches cut down by authoritative body

I'm aware of the contracts that took place
no need to plead your case
my freedom for security
but you break the laws you created that I oblige to but play the card of sincerity

nothing is ever fair
and for the youth I  shed a tear
not that old myself
but the younger ones need more help

Believe everything that they hear
Want everything that they see
That's everything that I fear
because them being themselves isn't accepted or mandatory  but just a possibility

I prefer multiple colors that's what makes the garden appealing
The color of your soul is the identity that they are stealing
but they they will never know
why swim in the deep end where you can drown
when you can be safe in the end where its shallow

There's still beauty on this earth
and despite the destruction we've caused ourselves
I just pray we find it's worth.

There is a lot of darkness in this world, but I've always fancied the right path that consist of struggle , tiresome , awareness and then success. Money isn't worth the years of haunting. I'll work and wait, instead of cheat and fall. What remains in the shadows should stay there. Walking in the light has always appealed more then getting lost in the dark and being blinded. I sin but my faith is in God, despite the fact that I dislike religion.
